Since 2007, through monthly funds provided by the Janet Nutt Foundation, AACO has been supplementing government funding at the Malnourished Children’s feeding centre in Konongo. Additionally, AACO sponsors an annual Christmas party for the children who visit the centre and their families. As new funds are contributed toward this work, the centre’s health workers will be able to expand services to more children, improving nutrition and healthy growth in a wider swathe of the community.
